We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across key platforms like Google and Meta. This role is perfect for someone who not only has a proven track record of success in performance marketing but also possesses leadership qualities to mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
You will lead client engagements, develop performance-driven marketing strategies, and ensure campaigns are delivering tangible business results. You will also work closely with internal teams to push creative, data-driven marketing solutions to the next level.
#Essential responsibilities you'll own
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with client business objectives
- Manage complex PPC and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging advanced targeting, keyword research, and bid strategies
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize strategies
- Lead client communications, ensuring transparency on campaign performance, insights, and next steps
- Mentor and guide the Performance Marketing team, providing strategic direction and ensuring best practices are implemented
- Own the onboarding and strategic planning for new partners, ensuring their campaigns are set up for success from day one
- Test, optimize, and scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and maximizing ROI
- Generate and present reports, providing actionable insights and explaining the rationale behind campaign decisions
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
