We are looking for a passionate and responsible
Coordinator for English Teacher Support and Program Operations
To join us in creating a joyful and engaging early childhood English education environment!
This role involves supporting and managing native English-speaking teachers in kindergartens and early education centers.
You will be responsible for recruiting native teachers, coordinating class operations, and providing on-site support to ensure that our English programs run smoothly and effectively.
유아 대상 영어수업을 위한 원어민 강사 채용 및 관리
수업 일정 및 커리큘럼 운영 지원
유치원 및 교육기관과의 커뮤니케이션
원어민 강사와의 원활한 의사소통 및 업무 조율
- Recruit and manage native English teachers for early childhood English programs
- Coordinate teacher schedules and communicate with educational institutions
- Support day-to-day operations of English classes at kindergartens
- Visit sites to provide on-site assistance and ensure class quality
- Act as a liaison between native teachers and Korean staff

자격 요건
- 영어로 의사소통이 가능하신 분 (중급 이상), 원어민과 의사소통에 문제가 없으신 분
- 영어교육 또는 유아교육 분야에 관심과 열정이 있으신 분
- 책임감 있게 1년 이상 근무 가능하신 분
- 유사 업무 경험자 또는 교육기관 근무 경험자 우대
- 한국어로 원활하게 의사소통 가능

- Strong English communication skills (Intermediate or higher)
- Interest and passion for early childhood English education
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to work for at least one year
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Intermediate level of Korean

해외 체류 경험 또는 영어권 문화 이해도가 높은 분
유아 영어 수업 또는 원어민 강사 관리 경험자

- Experience managing or assisting native English teachers
- Overseas experience or familiarity with English-speaking cultures
