[Global Digital Marketing]
-Plan and execute global SNS strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting key markets.
-Operate and grow the official YouTube channel, including video uploads, optimization, and audience engagement.
-Develop and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
[Content Creation]
-Produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, and other short-form videos optimized for social media.
-Film, edit, and post-produce content using relevant tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
-Adapt content style and language to suit various international audiences.
-Performance Marketing
-Optimize content for reach and engagement using SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
-Run targeted campaigns and paid ads to boost media exposure.
-Analyze KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare regular performance reports.
[Cross-Functional Collaboration]
-Work with product managers, designers, and sales teams to ensure branding consistency.
-Support global trade shows, online/offline events, and influencer collaborations.
자격 요건
-Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
-Understanding of social media algorithms and performance marketing.
-Foreign national or Fluent in English (additional languages preferred: Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, etc.).
-Proven experience in social media channel management.
-Proficiency in video editing tools and content optimization strategies.
-Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

-Knowledge of medical aesthetics, beauty, or skincare industry.
-Experience in influencer marketing and cross-border campaigns.
-Photography/SNS video making skills (lifestyle in general)
