[Global E-commerce Setup & Operation]
- Plan, set up, and operate official brand D2C sales channels (Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) from scratch.
- Register products, create product listings optimized for target market languages and search algorithms.
- Manage pricing, promotions, stock control, and order fulfillment process.
[Influencer & Affiliate Marketing]
-Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers in target countries.
-Develop influencer campaigns, manage contracts, and track ROI.
-Build long-term influencer partnerships to drive sales and brand awareness.
[Sales & Performance Management]
-Analyze sales data and optimize strategies to maximize conversion.
-Plan seasonal promotions and product bundles for different markets.
-Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
[Market Research & Localization]
- Conduct competitor and market trend analysis for each target country.
- Localize product descriptions, visuals, and campaigns to suit local culture and regulations.
자격 요건
- Proven track record in setting up and operating global D2C channels (Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, etc.) from the ground up.
- Experience in managing influencer collaborations in at least one of the following regions: US, EU, Japan, SEA, Middle East.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce algorithms, SEO/SEM, and sales optimization strategies.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong project management skills.

- Experience in beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetic or consumer product industries.
- Familiarity with logistics, cross-border shipping, and payment systems.
- Knowledge of global e-commerce regulations and compliance.
