Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager supervising site operations
• Supervise site teams and interior fit-out installation
• Ensure and maintain workmanship and quality of works before delivery to client
• Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
• Arrange and attend site meetings with contractors and suppliers
• Confirm interior fitout works completed according to drawings
• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a daily basis.
• Report discrepancies or delay in works and follow-up procedures
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily site progress and control reports
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
자격 요건
• Holding 건축기능사 license
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience as project coordinator on commercial renovations
• Having HSE certification would be an advantage
• Willing to work night shift or weekend work when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and AutoCAD.
• At least intermediate Business English
