Sales & Marketing Associate

√ Sales & Client Support Communicate with clients and partners — primarily in the U.S., but also in other international markets Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining client relationships Track client orders and update CRM tools Support sales-related reporting and internal presentations Marketing & Strategy Help create marketing content: presentations, brochures, social content, product sheets Assist with digital marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) Contribute ideas to marketing strategies and brand campaigns Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and trend identification Support brand voice and messaging consistency Admin & Operations Oversee client invoicing, internal documentation, and order processing Coordinate inventory checks and shipping/logistics with the operations team Assist in travel booking, data entry, scheduling, and light office admin Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication
