Main Responsibilities
Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp and email.
Arrange surgery reservations and coordinate with clinics.
Provide professional guidance on procedures and clinic options.
Support patients through their pre- and post-surgery journey in Korea.
Ensure smooth and professional consultation experiences.
자격 요건
Native level Englsih
Fluent Korean (read, write and communicate)
Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and client-oriented
Must have a valid work visa (Visa sponsorship may be available for highly qualified candidates)
Office-based position (not remote)
